Beautiful space and very clean. Prompt, knowledgeable service. Food was fresh, fast, tasty and reasonably priced. Great addition to Jefferson and their town square. Can't wait to go back and try more items.
My wife and I accidently booked a hotel room in Jefferson thinking it was closer to Ames. I am so happy we did that, we wanted to get out and grab a bite of food and we say the Public House and stopped in to try it. Our Waitress was a blast and the food was a lot of fun. The wife had the Caesar Tacos , and I had the Midwest Melt both were really good. This was also the first time I have ever had a Hamball and I am not going to lie, I am really digging them and plan to make some at home. They had a pretty good selection of beers ( a few domestic and a few IA based places). I would 10/10 stop here again, and we are planning another trip out there with the kids because the town was really cool to just walk around and check stuff out.
Loved everything!! The atmosphere is fun and inviting. The servers we're all so kind. The food is delicious. The drinks were delicious, bartenders were kind and make the best cocktails. Great for date night or a girls night out.
